Convention Exclusive Ordering-
After a convention we will make available styles purchasable online. Those shipments will not begin to process until the following week. Orders will be processed in the order received. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Preordering-
Our preorder turnaround time is 3 weeks from posting online to shipping. In the event you preordered an item along with currently stocked items we will set your in-stock items aside and fulfill the order once the preordered item is in stock. If you do not wish to wait please contact us - info@yesterdays.com
SDCC Preordering-
Con Exclusives: Will be available for pick up at Booth #1028 or prior during our "Con Pick-Up Party" at the disclosed location the Tuesday before SDCC starts. Please have your order number and ID available to complete pick-up.
Online Exclusives: Will start to ship the following week after SDCC is completed. Orders will be processed in the order received. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Discount Codes-
Only one (1) discount code may be used at checkout. Discount offers for Free Shipping only includes discounted USPS First-Class Mail and Economy International. Any orders made without USPS First-Class Mail or Economy International as the chosen shipping method will be disregarded and shipped USPS First-Class Mail or Economy Internationally. We reserve the right to cancel any discount codes or orders we find to be fraudulently using discount codes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Exchange Only. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs requirement of buyer. We recommend shipping with tracking. We are not liable for returned items that were shipped without a trackable option.
