Orders made outside of our con policy will ship within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled. You can also check you account in the order section for tracking.
Convention Exclusive Ordering-
After a convention we will make available styles purchasable online. Those shipments will not begin to process until the following week. Orders will be processed in the order received. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Preordering-
Our preorder turnaround time is 3 weeks from posting online to shipping. In the event you preordered an item along with currently stocked items we will set your in-stock items aside and fulfill the order once the preordered item is in stock. If you do not wish to wait please contact us - info@yesterdays.com
SDCC Preordering-
Con Exclusives: Will be available for pick up at Booth #1028 or prior during our "Con Pick-Up Party" at the disclosed location the Tuesday before SDCC starts. Please have your order number and ID available to complete pick-up.
Online Exclusives: Will start to ship the following week after SDCC is completed. Orders will be processed in the order received. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
What are my options for shipping Domestic(USA) & International (Rest of the World)?
Domestic: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS options
International: First Class Economy Uninsured, First Class Premium Insured, DHL Express
Timeframe until I receive my shipment after dispatch?
Domestic (USA): 1-3 days Estimated
Canada: Economy 1-3 Weeks Estimated; First Class 1-2 Weeks Estimated
DHL Express 3 Business Days
Rest of the World: Economy 1-6 Weeks Estimated; DHL Express 3 Business Days
How do I track a First-Class International Order?

Are duty fees included in International Shipping Cost?
No. Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local office for costs.
I am impatient where is my order?
Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. We are responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are issues with the delivery of your item please follow up with the carrier first before contacting info@yesterdays.com
My item was received damaged or I received the wrong item?
Shit happens. We will send a replacement immediately please email us info@yesterdays.com
